Alive Again

Tuition for the weekend is $240. Registration includes a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $50, which is included in the $240. Tuition covers all meals and activities. For an additional cost, bus transportation is available to and from our Dallas office.

To add transportation to your account, simply fill out the Transportation Form in your online account.

Round-trip: $115

One-way: $75

Bus Check In 

Bus check in will begin at 3:30 PM at our Dallas office. The bus will leave at 4:30 PM and will not wait for late campers. Dinner will be provided. Please be aware that your camper may need to eat his or her dinner on the bus. 

Bus Check Out

The bus will leave camp at 11:30 AM and will return to our Dallas office approximately around 1:30 PM. Arrival time is subject to change depending on traffic. We will be texting families who choose to opt into receiving text messages bus updates throughout the day.

*Please note, campers are not allowed to drive a car to camp for the weekend. They must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian over 21 years of age.

Gates will be open for check in from 5:00-6:30 pm.

Alive Again programming will begin with dinner at 7:00 PM, so please make sure you are checked in and in your cabin by then.

Upon your arrival, we ask you to remain in your vehicles until our staff greets you and gives you directions for dropping off luggage and where to park.

If you need to check in late, email us (registrar@thepines.org) and let us know in advance! Please provide an approximate arrival time so our staff can be prepared to welcome you.

All Alive Again registrations must be accompanied by a $50 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable between campers, and cannot be applied to the following year.

All payments other than the initial deposit are refundable if cancellation is made in writing by email to registrar@thepines.org prior to November 20, 2026.

We will automatically be charging the default card on file for any remaining balance due on November 20, 2026.

Cancellations after November 20, 2026 are not eligible for refund. In the case of cancellation due to illness or death in the family, please provide documentation that a medical professional has directed the camper not to attend Alive Again or proof of family member's passing. In either of these cases, all funds paid beyond the deposit will be returned.
