The Finance Manager supports The Pines' mission under the vision of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director. This role reports to the Director of Finance & Operations and assists with financial decision-making and strategy for the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial functioning, including budget management, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, payroll processing, and internal control optimization for finances.
