Join us for Alive Again, our annual December retreat where counselors and campers return to Big Sandy for a weekend filled with all the best things about The Pines without the summer heat! As we prepare our hearts for the coming of Jesus during this Advent season, we will be reminded in a new way how His love burns brightly within us.
This weekend is for 8-12th campers, and is filled with fun activities, great talks, Mass, adoration, and reunions with Summer Staff and camp friends!

Tuition for the weekend is $240. This covers all meals and activities. For an additional cost, bus transportation is available to and from our Dallas office.
Round Trip: $105
One-Way: $70
Registration closes December 8, 2025.

If your camper will be traveling by bus from the Dallas Office on Friday, please arrive by 3:30 pm. The bus will leave no later than 4:30 PM.
The bus will be returning on Sunday. It is scheduled to arrive at 1:30 PM.

Gates will be open for check in from 5:00-6:30 pm.
Alive Again programming will begin with dinner at 7:00 PM, so please make sure you are checked in and in your cabin by then.
Upon your arrival, we ask you to remain in your vehicles until our staff greets you and gives you directions for dropping off luggage and where to park.
If you need to check in late, email us (registrar@thepines.org) and let us know in advance! Please provide an approximate arrival time so our staff can be prepared to welcome you.

All Alive Again registrations must be accompanied by a $50 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable between campers, and cannot be applied to the following year.
All payments other than the initial deposit are refundable if cancellation is made in writing by email to registrar@thepines.org prior to November 21, 2025.
Cancellations after November 21 are not eligible for refund. In the case of cancellation due to illness or injury, please provide documentation that a medical professional has directed the camper not to attend. In either of these cases, all funds paid beyond the deposit will be returned.
