Summer 2025
Content & Curriculum
“We have this hope as an anchor for our souls, secure and steady.”
– Hebrews 6:19
This summer, we’re diving deep into the virtue of HOPE — what it means, where it leads us, and how it changes the way we live.

-
We kick off the week introducing our theme: hope as our anchor. Campers are invited to fully dive into faith, friendship, and fun and discover how camp and our Christian life is a journey worth embracing!
On Sunday evening, we celebrate Mass together as a community. Afterward, we move to Village Rallies, where we expand topics relevant to our campers’ age groups.
-
We explore the heart of Christian hope: we’re made for heaven. Campers will see that our deepest desires point us to God — and that there’s a big difference between hoping for pizza and hoping for paradise.
-
What happens when we put our trust in the wrong things? Today, we uncover the false hopes that distract us from God — and how choosing Christ brings real freedom, not empty promises.
Water Village typically celebrates Mass on Tuesday morning as their Morning Prayer. In the evening, Branch and Fire Villages break out for Men’s and Women’s Sessions.
-
Hope doesn’t grow by accident—it’s strengthened through prayer, grace, and the Sacraments. Today, campers will learn how to lean on God, not themselves, and grow in hope that lasts.
For Morning Prayer, Branch and Fire Villages typically celebrate Mass. In the evening, campers in these Villages participate in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
-
Hope transforms everything — from how we handle hard times to how we love others. We’ll see that living with hope means living with purpose, courage, and joy, no matter what life brings.
Thursday evening, Water Village has the opportunity to experience Eucharistic Adoration and spend time with Jesus. Fire Village campers hear testimonies from their counselors in the evening during Access Night.
-
As camp wraps up, we ask: How do we carry hope home? Campers are challenged to be anchors for others, living as signs of hope in a world that truly needs it.
All-Camp Mass is celebrated before Messy Wars in the morning. Each Village has its own Commissioning night in the evening, helping campers prepare to return home with the love and growth they have experienced.
