Q. When will I hear back on the status of my application?
A. If you submitted your application before the deadline, we will contact you with the details on what we are able to award you by the second week of May. If you submitted your application after the deadline, we will notify you whenever we are able to determine what we are able to give.
Q. The scholarship deadline has passed. Can I still apply?
A. Yes. However, we will be distributing our funds first to those that submitted before the deadline. We will do our best to help you with the funds we have left over!
Whether you mail, fax, or email your application in, please confirm that we have received it by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a confirmation email.
Please know that our scholarships money is reserved for one-week sessions only.
Every year through receiving generous donations to our Camp Angel Scholarship Fund, we are able to help many families send their kids to camp! Scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need and are subject to funds available. Priority is given to applicants who have not received past scholarships or are new campers. In order to assist as many families as possible, only partial scholarships are awarded. Applications are reviewed by a scholarship committee who determines amount of scholarship awarded.
To apply for a Scholarship, please download the application, complete application, and return with required additional documents to our Dallas business office. Applications must be postmarked by April 15, 2014.
