Associate Director of Formation

At the heart of what we offer at The Pines is an encounter with Jesus. Our Associate Director of Formation ensures our summer camps, retreats, and staff formation are oriented toward a relationship with Christ by providing catechetical content that is true to the Catholic faith and approaching discipleship through the lens of the whole person.

This is a job for someone who loves pouring into others, walking closely with youth and young adults, and investing in forming the leaders of our Church. The job requires a deep understanding of Scripture, the theological truths of the faith, and how to apply both in relevant and age-appropriate ways.

An indispensable role at The Pines, the Associate Director of Formation lives in and works from Big Sandy.
