THE PINES KITCHEN STAFF
TAMI HENRY Food Service Manager Tami has been a part of The Pines Catholic Camp since April 2001. She is good ole country girl and has been living in East Texas for the past 30 years with her husband and her three kids. Tami is known for her love of the staff and campers and her willingness to make sure your tummies are satisfied. Her favorite part about working at The Pines is "seeing the smiles on the childrens' faces when they come into the dining hall and seeing the staff year after year. Making friends with the staff and campers I know that I'm doing something, even if it is small, to help spread the word of our Lord." |
CAROL JOHNS Assistant Food Service Manager Carol has recently returned to The Pines after having worked with us in the past. She definitely knows her way around a kitchen and we are glad to have her back. Carol is married with 2 children and loves The Pines because "you get to work with kids in a religious environment." |
