Campsite Check-In and Check-Out Sunday Campsite Check-In: 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Arrive at the campsite between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.
Check in will not begin until camp is fully staffed at 3:00 p.m. Pick up your check-in procedures postcard. Have camper's luggage tagged and taken to their cabin. Receive your campers cabin assignment from a staff member and go directly to your cabin to check in there with your camper's counselors. Check-in all prescription and over-the-counter medication at the Pavilion.
All medication must be in original containers. Send only the amount your camper will need to last through their session. Place medication in a well-marked, resealable plastic bag. Meet and greet your camper's counselors and other staff members. Help your camper settle into their cabin. Say goodbye to your camper and enjoy your week... your camper will!
Saturday Campsite Check-Out: 10:00 a.m. Attend the 9:00 a.m. closing prayer service with your camper.
Please note, $1.00 per minute, per camper, will be charged to late parents picking up campers on Saturday after 10:30 a.m. Meet your camper's friends and take final camp pictures. Collect all your camper's luggage and remaining medication. Check the lost and found for any missing items.
The Pines is not responsible for items left at the campsite. Unclaimed lost and found items will be donated to charity at the close of camp. Pick up a Pre-Registration Form for Summer Camp 2008. Check-out your camper with the camp staff. Drive home safely and have a wonderful summer!
